Referral program terms

1. Program Overview

The Peeka Referral Program ("Program") is operated by Peeka ("Company"). The Program allows registered users ("Affiliates") to earn credit rewards when people they refer use and buy Peeka. Rewards come from real product use and purchases, never from recruiting participants.

2. Eligibility

• Any registered Peeka user with an active account in good standing may participate.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• There is no fee to join the Program.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Rewards

Rewards are based only on things we can verify on our own platform. We do not reward shares, likes or follows.

• Your friend joins: a new user who signs up through your link gets ten (10) extra credits on top of the standard sign-up credits, provided they qualify for sign-up credits (one account per person; disposable email addresses do not qualify).
• Your friend makes their first clip: you receive ten (10) credits after a 24-hour review period. You can earn this reward up to ten (10) times per calendar month and thirty (30) times in total.
• Your friend's first purchase under AED 99: you receive twenty (20) credits, once per referred user.
• Purchases of AED 99 or more: you receive 20% of the referred user's payment amount as Peeka credits, on every qualifying purchase, at the platform's current AED-to-credit rate (published on the /recharge page).
• Only direct referrals earn rewards. There are no second-tier or multi-level rewards.
• Sign-ups from the same network as the referrer, or accounts used on the same device as the referrer's account, do not earn rewards.

Monthly partner bonus: At the start of each month, you receive bonus credits based on how many of the people you have referred so far have bought credits. A referred person whose purchases were all refunded does not count. With ten (10) or more such people you receive ten (10) credits for that month; with fifty (50) or more, fifty (50) credits; with one hundred (100) or more, two hundred (200) credits. Only the highest level you reach is paid, once per month.

4. Minimum Purchase Threshold

The 20% purchase reward applies only to individual purchases at or above the qualifying threshold (currently AED 99, published on the /recharge page, and may be updated from time to time). A referred user's first purchase below the threshold earns the fixed reward described in Section 3; later purchases below the threshold do not earn rewards.

5. Referral Payment

• Purchase rewards are credited when the referred user's payment succeeds. The first-clip reward is credited after the 24-hour review period.
• Credits can be used for video generation on the Peeka platform.
• Referral credits are subject to the same usage terms as purchased credits (no expiry, non-refundable).
• Cash payouts are not available. The Company may introduce cash payout options in the future at its discretion.

6. Attribution

• Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link (peekaai.com/r/CODE) and referral code.
• A 30-day attribution window applies from the time a user clicks your referral link.
• First-touch attribution: the first referral link clicked takes priority.
• Manual code entry during registration is also supported.
• Attribution is permanent once established — future purchases by the referred user continue to generate Referrals.

7. Chargebacks and Refunds

If a referred user's payment is refunded or reversed (including credit card chargebacks), the corresponding Referral credits will be deducted from the Affiliate's account. If the Affiliate's credit balance is insufficient, the balance may become negative and will be recovered from future Referrals.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

• Self-referral — creating multiple accounts to earn Referrals on your own purchases.
• Creating fake, fraudulent, or bot-generated accounts.
• Incentivized signups — paying or offering rewards solely for registration.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or automated outreach.
• Misrepresentation of Peeka's capabilities, pricing, or features.
• Unauthorized use of Peeka trademarks, logos, or branding.
• Bidding on Peeka branded keywords in paid advertising.
• Purchasing email lists or scraping contacts for referral promotion.
• Any form of deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing.

9. Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Peeka when promoting the service. This includes adding a disclosure such as "I earn credits when you sign up through my link" in social media posts, blog articles, or other promotional content. Failure to disclose may violate applicable advertising laws and will result in Program termination.

10. Earnings Disclaimer

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Referral amounts depend on the number and value of purchases made by referred users. Most participants earn modest credit rewards. The Company makes no representations about potential income or earnings from the Program.

11. Termination & Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate's participation at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or conduct harmful to the Program. Upon termination for cause, all pending and earned Referral credits may be forfeited. The Company will provide written notice of termination via email.

12. Anti-Pyramid Compliance

This Program complies with applicable law and related regulations:

• Rewards are earned only from real product use and purchases by the people you refer, not from recruiting participants.
• The Program has a single tier: only your direct referrals earn rewards. There are no multi-level chains.
• There is no requirement, incentive, or reward for recruiting other affiliates.
• Participation is entirely free and voluntary.
• The value of Referrals is derived from real product transactions, not from the recruitment structure.

13. Modifications

The Company may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification with at least 30 days' notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
